To find out why this is happening, check your account status in EndNote:

1. Login to your EndNote account, and go to the Options tab;
2. Check your account in the Subscription sub-tab. To see University of Bradford referencing styles you must have a Web of Science account, not an EndNote Basic account;

To fix the problem, you need to log in to Web of Science, as follows:

3. To upgrade your account:
   1. Look up Web of Science in Summon;
   2. Click through to the Web of Science page in the Library catalogue;
   3. Click on the link in the Library catalogue;
   4. Login using your University username and password (if you are off-campus)
   5. On the Web of Science homepage, click on the Sign In link on the top-right of the page, and use your EndNote Online account username and password to login.
