Please contact us as soon as possible with details of your UB number and details of the book that has been lost so that we can discuss options. 

If the book has not been renewed there may be fines on your account.  There is an option of paying the fine OR replacing the book.  Replacement of the book is usually the cheapest option; it does not have to be a new copy but must be the same edition or newer and in good condition.
