If you wish to have photocopies or digital scans of documents this will be carried out by Special Collections staff and may incur a charge. Certain documents cannot be copied due to fragility or copyright and data protection law.  We cannot photocopy or scan rare books as this would damage the spine. You can take photographs of documents on your camera or smartphone subject to certain restrictions including care of the documents and copyright and data protection law.
