If you are receiving an error message that states your connection isn't private then you may need to attempt this workaround.

The issue seems to be affecting only Apple devices at present.

Here is the workaround

• click somewhere in the blank space on the error page
• type thisisunsafe as one string, no need to press enter
• this should trigger the device to download the new security certificate for the site
• it will take about 10 seconds to download
