The reason that you are now having to do more clicks is that we were temporarily benefiting from a trial software that would directly find the PDFs; we've currently gone back to the original system, going through to websites via Summon which automatically logs you in but you need to find your own PDF link.
We will also be trialling another software before we make any decisions.
