Some students are seeing the following error when they try to log in to renew books

CAS is unable to process this request. 500:internal server error.

If you see this message, please use the login option for external members and visitors. This will allow you to log in using your UB number and PIN. Please see our help information on setting a library PIN if you do not have one  already.
