You will need to add each reference to the Talis list individually using the Add Reference option within the list, or the browser bookmarking extension, as technically it is not possible to import data from Word. Adding references individually will give you the opportunity to review and update the list, and make sure links still exist.
If you use a reference management tool like EndNote or Zotero, it is possible to import sets of references into Talis with the .ris files employed by these tools. To do this, look in My Bookmarks for the options marked Add.
